Responsibilities
1. Programme Operations and Course Management
- Work closely with the Academic Director and course instructors on course curriculum design, review and timetabling
- Manage course registration, examination and related matters
- Provide robust support for course instructors to ensure smooth lesson delivery
- Monitor market trends and undertake active collation of statistics and data such as student feedback required for different surveys and reports
- Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of student records and databases
- Procurement of course materials
2. Overseas Study Segments
Propose the structure of overseas study segmentsManage the overall logistics and procurement matters of the overseas segments3. Student Support and Candidature Management
Plan, organise and oversee the various social and / or professional events organized for students.Handle student enquiries (e.g. pertaining to leave of absence, withdrawals, deferment or extension of candidature) in a timely and effective manner, in line with University policies and programme standardsMonitor student’s graduating status and schedule-related activitiesRequirements
Degree holder, preferably with 8 years of relevant work experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Powerpoint and meticulous with a keen eye for details and a good team player.Quality and customer-service oriented.Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills.Licence no : 12C6060
