Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversees resolution of incoming / outgoing shipment discrepancies.
- Escalates critical issues to the appropriate level and engages with the correct stakeholders.
- Leads coordination and confirmation of receipt / shipping documentation for internal / external customers.
- Serves as point of contact for priority incoming / outgoing shipments.
- Monitors shipping / receiving discrepancies.
- Develops solutions to mitigate errors.
