Job Responsibilities :
- Liase with all parties including authorities, external contractors engaged by the Client.
- Schedule the works and deploy relevant workers to do the works.
- Oversee and supervise a team of workmen
- Ensure that the Works done by workmen are delivered timely with correct and approved materials.
- Attend to feedback from residents / public in relation to the works or services provided by the workmen
- Ensure proper communications with the residents regarding Services / works to be carried out
- Update / upload relevant information / document onto system
- Coordinate move logistics, including (but not limited to) vehicle reservations, storage arrangements, and scheduling to resolve unexpected challenges.
- Undetake any other related duties stipulated by the Client.
Requirements
Possess a national certificate in construction supervision orAt least 5 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry; orPossess a recognised diploma in Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering; orAt least 3 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry; orOther qualifications and working experience in the building construction industry acceptableTell employers what skills you have
