Our firm is one of the few established Supply Chain & Logistics Technology Venture Capital & Private Equity firms globally, committed to empowering and transforming the Supply Chain & Logistics landscape regionally and globally.

In this role, you will work closely with the Management Team to support the growth, performance, and value creation of our portfolio companies, as well as execute fund-level operations. You may also be involved in the broader ecosystem-building efforts, including think-tank initiatives and industry events.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and analyse the financial performance and operational metrics of assigned portfolio companies. Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify market trends, risks and opportunities on specific portfolio companies. Provide insightful analysis and assist in regular reviews with the Management Team.
• Work with the Management Team to assist the portfolio company leadership to implement growth initiatives, operational improvements and strategic value creation plans.
• Support the preparation of portfolio reports for internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Limited Partners).
• Contribute to annual audit cycles, such as gathering of commercial and financial information from portfolio companies, the preparation of the fund / portfolio valuation analysis, and liaising with stakeholders such as the auditors and portfolio companies.
• Support the interaction with third-party service providers such as the fund administrator, corporate secretary, and other fund-related service providers.
• Assist in managing aspects of the office such as policies and procedures, as well as coordination of meetings, events, and team-building activities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders including investors, start-ups, and industry partners to enhance both portfolio impact and future deal flow.
