Roles & Responsibilities

  • Candidate must possess minimum N-levels or equivalent
  • At least 3 to 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s) : Foreign Manpower full spectrum, Recruitment, Payroll Processing, HRIS, Admin duties, General HR duties
  • Preferably specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Independent, willing to learn, committed, work on extended hours to meet deadlines, team player
  • All tasks related to work permit / pass applications and other processes
  • Recruitment, liaison with agency
  • Employeee maintenance - recruitment to repatriation, cessation of employment
  • Full records of system maintenance for employees (HRIS)
  • Filing, clerical duties, folder updates
  • Handling PPE related matters
  • Dormitory administraiton and management
  • Staff welfare, HR benefits, administrative support
  • Office admin related support
  • Tasks, duties as assigned
