Salary up to $10,000 (Depending on experiences)

Working hours: 9 am to 5 45 pm

Variable Bonus and Fixed monthly allowance provided

(Japanese speaking) Regional Sales Manager/ Assistant Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for selling to existing customers and new customers and supporting both Japanese and local customers .
• Engineering Plastics: For car parts or LED lighting)
• Manage output and budget of accounts regularly
• Secure supply for customers, with good communication with our supplier
• New Sales development activities regularly
• Preparation of sales planning, forecast and other sales related reports
• Manage and support our sales agent
• Liaise with other sections on the delivery to customers and payment issues
• Manage and support their sales agent
• Willing to go for Business trip to SEA regions (at least twice per month)

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of B2B Sales working experience
• Fluent in Japanese language to effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking clients, distributors, and the factory in Japan.
• Candidates from Manufacturing industry /Chemical/Industrial materials / Trading/ Electronics/Engineering industries are welcome
• Able to handle not only sales duties but also sales admin work
• Able to handle both sales activities and sales documentation
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office-Excel, Power Point
• Ability to manage overseas distributors
• Responsible, able to work in a team and have a humble and willing to learn attitude
