Industry / Organization Type : Freight Forwarding
Position Title : Logistics Operation Supervisor
Working Location : Downtown Core
Working Hours : 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 5.30pm)
Salary Package : Basic salary up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus
Duration : Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Regularly update key rates to and from Korean ports for air freight, ocean freight, local trucking, and related charges.

Maintain an accurate rate table to respond promptly to logistics inquiries from Korean partners.

Process import and export air and sea shipments according to SOPs.

Prepare invoices / debit notes for customers and agents, and arrange payments to local vendors, partners, co-loaders, and carriers.

Monitor shipments to meet customer requirements and handle feedback or complaints.

Track team KPIs and report to the Branch Manager in Malaysia.

Work closely with Accounting and the Branch Manager to resolve related issues.

Perform other tasks assigned by the Branch Manager and the Hong Kong Head Office.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sea or air freight forwarding.

Experience in managing import / export permits and other general logistics operation

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
