WHAT YOU'LL DO Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude Recommend ECCO products based on customer needs Link-sell and up-sell to maximize sales Educate customers on product usage and care (especially leather care!) Handle after-sales service and customer feedback Maintain stock accuracy and assist with inventory tasks Support visual merchandising and store cleanliness Work closely with your team to create a positive store experience WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Preferably 2 years of retail or sales experience Energetic, outgoing, and results-driven Excellent communication and customer service skills Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays WHAT YOU'LL GET Commission Other Incentives Staff Discount Free Shoes Grooming Expenses Performance Bonus Yearly Salary Adjustment Seniority level
