Job Scope : ✅ Manage

accounts payable & receivable for construction

projects

✅ Record and update transactions using

QuickBooks

✅ Verify invoices, purchase orders,

and expense claims

✅ Assist with payroll for

staff & subcontractors

✅ Track project

costs, budgets, and vendor payments

✅ Prepare

simple weekly / monthly financial reports

Support month-end & year-end closing

Handle filing, documentation, and other admin finance tasks
