Roles & Responsibilities
Day to Day Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative and coordination support to both internal teams and external personnel.
- Maintain and manage project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of progress.
- Build and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare, review, and manage project documentation, including reports and drawings.
- Track and update the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met.
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Attend project meetings, and follow up on action items.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
