Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate the activities of team members during assigned shifts
Ensure employees follow company policies and meet productivity goals
Train, coach, and mentor new and existing staff
Monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct evaluations
Schedule shifts and manage attendance or coverage issues
Address employee and customer concerns in a timely and professional manner

Communicate with upper management regarding team performance and operational needs

Complete reports, inventory counts, and other administrative tasks as required
