Job Description

Assist Client / Contractor in coordinating architectural works for project completion, inspections, and handover.
Lead site architectural team to supervise and inspect works per Client / Consultants' direction.
Review drawings / specifications; highlight discrepancies before and during construction.
Ensure contractor compliance with Building Control Act, Codes of Practice, and authority requirements.
Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Have minimum five (5) years of architectural experience with recognised Diploma in relevant field,

At least three (3) years of experience in the supervision of works such as construction of MRT station, tunnel / underground works & Viaduct construction.
