Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description

• Develop and manage digital marketing for media accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, etc. as well as designing and editing post contents
• Create monthly social media calendar to promote audience engagement
• Designing and editing social media campaigns effectively based on clear objectives, KPI, timelines and budget
• Manage CRM system to build awareness, increase followers and reach out to care audience effectively
• Manage day‑to‑day social media and community engagement activities including prompt communication with customers / followers and handling of feedback.
• Identify, develop and work with new innovative technologies for creative campaigns and enhance efficiency and effectiveness of marketing
• Create monthly social media reports and measure report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPI).
• Continuously research and stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Share insights and recommend innovative strategies to enhance the company's digital marketing initiatives.
