TECHNICAL EXECUTIVE (BIM MODELLER)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create and manage tender and construction drawings sets, including plans, sections, elevations and details.
• Able to support, prepare and co-ordinate the submission of architectural Autocad / BIM drawings to the government authorities.
• Good technical knowledge, conversant with local codes and regulations.
• Revit / BIM skills and knowledge needed.
• Degree / Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in Singapore is preferred.
