We're looking for a dynamic Sales to drive device and equipment sales, while expertly managing post-sales services that keep clients coming back.
In this role, you'll craft standout sales strategies, build and empower a high-performance team, manage key accounts with finesse, and elevate our brand's presence, all while ensuring clients stay radiant and loyal, fueling sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales plans to meet / exceed individual and team target; lead and grow a high-performing sales team; track KPIs and performance metrics; improve underperforming territory.
Recruit, mentor, and manage sales talent; instil a results and customer driven culture; implement performance reviews and incentives.
Oversee and promote value-added services such as clinical training, maintenance contracts, and post-sales support.
Build strong client relationships, lead high-stakes negotiations, manage key accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify new growth opportunities, collaborate with marketing, and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
Handle forecasting, budgeting, CRM optimization, and provide performance reports.
