We are hiring Tech Business Analyst with below requirements;
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for core banking enhancements and change requests.
- Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications for AS / 400 (RPG / RPGLE, CL, SQL, DB2) or Silverlake (SIBS / SICS) systems.
- Perform analysis of existing banking processes to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and system improvements.
- Collaborate closely with AS400 developers, Silverlake teams, solution architects, QA, and operations to ensure accurate delivery of solutions.
- Support SIT / UAT testing by preparing test scenarios, validating results, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating defect closures.
- Conduct impact analysis, data mapping, system configuration, and interface design.
- Provide support for migration, integration, upgrade, or modernization initiatives involving AS400 , Silverlake , or hybrid environments.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflow diagrams, interface specifications, and user guides.
- Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory, security, and risk management requirements in banking environments.
- Act as SME for core banking modules such as Payments (SWIFT, PayNow, FAST), Loans, Deposits, CASA, Cards (SICS), GL, Customer Information .
- Provide inputs on AS400 system administration areas such as job scheduling, performance tuning, and system monitoring (optional but preferred).
Requirement
5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in Banking / Financial Services .Strong hands-on understanding of :AS / 400 (IBM iSeries) : RPG, RPGLE, CL, SQL, OS400, DB2 / 400, file structures, job management, system utilities
Silverlake Core Banking Systems : SIBS, SICS, or related functional modulesGood understanding of key banking domains, including :Payments & Transfers (SWIFT, PayNow, GIRO, FAST)
Loans & LendingDeposits & CASACards (Silverlake SICS)Customer & Account ManagementTrade Finance (optional)Strong SQL / data analysis skills with experience working on DB2 / 400 objects and queries.Proven ability to produce high-quality documentation—BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, data mapping, interface specs.Good understanding of SDLC , Agile / Scrum practices.#J-18808-Ljbffr
