What the role is :

You play a key role in the end-to-end management of the NS Route of Advancement (ROA) courses for Army NSmen and lead the changes in the courses business process to improve user experience.

What you will be working on :

• Work closely with Army units and schools / training institutes in the selection of qualified NSmen to attend the relevant Army NS Route of Advancement course for their deployment.
• Ensure nominations are in compliance with course qualification requirements.
• Manage pre and post course admin to facilitate course attendance / attrition.
• Track and analyse attendance / subscription trend and work with relevant stakeholders to support strategic planning.

Challenge(s) : Balancing diverse stakeholders' priorities and ensuring compliance with MINDEF's guidelines and policies.
