Roles & Responsibilities
Condominium located near Yew Tee MRT area has a vacancy for 1 Admin and Accounts position. You will be deployed on site, and assist with the accounts and daily operations of the estate.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions :
- In-coming phone calls or attend to residents walking into the management office.
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable. Assist in preparation of monthly financial statement.
- Co-ordinate events and social functions.
- General clerical works such as typing, filing, scanning and sorting documents.
- Assist in general office duties, and updating various records.
- Assist the Condo Manager to manage arrears by the subsidiary proprietors, and assist in legal action where necessary.
- Co-operate with the Condo Manager to achieve the desired results of the site team.
Requirements :
A team player with good interpersonal skills.Meticulous, with attention to details.Good service attitude, and able to handle complaints.When necessary, willing to work beyond normal hours and on weekends or public holidays. Off-in-lieu will be provided.Familiarity with condo management and facilities booking software is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and PDF software.Singapore Citizen or PR.The working hours are 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm on weekdays, and 9 : 00am to 12 : 00pm on Saturdays.
