Full-Time - Sale Executive (Singapore Base)

Salary & Benefits :

Basic Salary : $1,800 – $2,200 (commensurate with experience)

Eligible for monthly KPI

6-days work week, 48 hours

Work Location : Singapore

Join Roborock – a global leader in premium robot vacuums and smart home appliances We're looking for passionate Full-Time Sales Executive to represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer experiences at our retail flagship

Salary & Benefits :

Basic Salary : $1,800 – $2,200 (commensurate with experience)

Eligible for monthly sales incentives

6-day work week, 48 hours (rotating retail shifts)

Work Location : Islandwide Singapore

Job Responsibilities :

Deliver excellent customer service and build genuine customer relationships

Understand and share Roborock product features, benefits & smart home solutions

Drive sales and contribute to overall store performance

Handle cashiering and assist with daily sales reporting

Maintain store cleanliness and ensure strong visual merchandising

Assist with inventory and daily retail operations. Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers)

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, ideally in electronics, appliances, or lifestyle brands

Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

Passionate about technology, innovation, and customer satisfaction

Energetic, positive team player with strong communication skills

Leadership experience is a plus (for senior positions)
