Job Description
Our client, a distributor of marine and navigational equipment, is seeking an Office Administrator to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities】
- Provide general office management and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations (e.g., office housekeeping, ordering supplies, travel arrangements, and managing office equipment).
- Perform basic accounting tasks, such as preparing payment and receipt vouchers and verifying sales and purchase invoices.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue customer payments.
- Assist with new staff onboarding, including setting up laptops, installing software, and managing door access programming.
- Manage and renew tenancy contracts, software licenses, and rental equipment agreements.
- Support the Sales Team with sales reports, quotations, invoicing, and related tasks.
- Handle additional duties as required.
