Therapist

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Analyze clients' hair and scalp

condition and recommend appropriate products &

services

Provide hands on of scalp / hair

treatments on customer.

Work closely with

consultant on customer's treatment progression & building good

customer relationships

Maintain high customer

service standards & professional etiquette at all times with

customers and also team members

Assist with

other duties within the Salon scope of work when

required

REQUIREMENTS :

No experience welcome, Full training

provided

Previous experience in a salon or

hair care environment highly advantageous.

Good communication and customer service

skills.

Willingness to learn and develop new

skills.

Positive attitude and team

player.
