Roles & Responsibilities

position : Service Engineer

location : East

job type : full time

5 days weeks

basic + bonus + allowance

Responsibilities :

• . Perform service activities related to refrigeration chillers.
• . Support maintenance, commission, install, retrofit, and repair.
• . Sales schedule planning & prepare reports for management’s review.
• Maintain service quality to customer’s questions & problem.
• . create and generate technical reports
• Manage assets that are devoted to supporting service
• Develop service opportunities and provide sales service support
• Travel to perform service locally & overseas
• Coordinate and support contractors.
• . Ad-hoc & other duties as assigned.
