About the role

As a Contract Finance Officer at ComfortDelGro Engineering Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the company's financial operations. Reporting to the Finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial accounting and reporting support on a contract basis. What you'll be doing

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for accounts payable, including Journal entries, Invoice recording and credit notes management
• Assist with the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring timely and compliant financial reporting for accounts payable
• Perform vendor reconciliations
• Exchange rate posting activities
• Support the preparation of financial statements, supplier onboarding and banking forms
• Attend to Internal & External audit queries
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Accounts payable financial processes and control
• Any other ad-hoc related duties
