What will
you do
The Sales Strategy &
Planning Senior Manager is responsible for leading Customer-Channel
inputs and requirements to the assigned APAC Segment team,
partnering with the Segment and Local Markets to develop &
execute Category-Channel strategies and Go-to-Market action plans
to accelerate profitable sales and market share growth in
APAC : Key Responsibilities
and Go-to-Market toolkits (select top BMC focused for the assigned
Segment) covering :
o Multi-Channel Paths to
Purchase
o Channel Segmentation, Investment
Sufficiency & Prioritization, GP and Portfolio
laddering
o Presence & Prominence objectives
and Perfect Store execution guidelines
closely with Segment teams and local market directors to build
strong Key Customer Plans and Activation Grids
Drives right Customer inputs into Segment plans, and connects
closely with Segment teams to deliver shopper & retail
execution toolkits (top BMC focused) as part of product innovation
launches.
Store guidelines for the respective category, from ranging
recommendation, driving the right high GP mix of codes,
planograming & merchandising guidelines.
Partners with local market directors and business insights teams to
track the execution of key New Product launches and Go-to-Market
plans, leverage and highlight key markets leading
change.

What we are looking
for
Required Qualifications
English
required across multiple FMCG environments
Strong prior experience in customer management, negotiation,
business analytics, and / or customer marketing
Strong ability to leverage a deep understanding of key business
drivers to create high-payout category plan. Integrate customer,
shopper, financial, and marketplace data to create compelling
rationale for business plans.
project management skills at regional level and ability to manage
funds and resources, identify and assess risk and prioritize
competing demands to deliver the greatest outcome for the
company.
