Job descriptionDiploma or relevant certification in Construction Management or a related field. 3–5 years’ experience in renovation site supervision or similar role. Knowledge of Singapore building codes and safety regulations. Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Monitor project progress, highlight issues or delays, and support timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Manage and coordinate office relocation activities, including packing, unpacking, and setup.
- Support project handover and ensure requirements are met.
