Job descriptionMin Diploma in Engineering (Environmental, Health and Safety) or relevant field MOM Registered WSH Officer ECO (Environmental Control Officer) certificates is an advantage. Minimum 2 years of construction experience Class 3 Driving License Good Communication Skills Working Day : 5.5 days per week Working Hour : 8.00am to 5.00pm
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Discharge your duties as WSHO officer in accordance to the WSH Act & Regulation
- To administer and implement an effective workplace safety and health management system in accordance with prevailing legislation
- Ensure compliance of operation with workplace safety and health regulations and statutory requirements
- Carried out Risk Assessments for In-House and Project Sites
- To investigate of any workplace accident and advise on the remedial measure to be taken to prevent any recurrence.
- Assist in promoting Workplace Safety and Health awareness among workers by organizing campaigns, training course, and etc
- Participate in safety committee inspection and meeting
- Conduct safety inspections regularly to ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance to MOM safety requirements
- To follow-up on necessary actions to ensure compliance with ISO standards and BizSafe
