Job descriptionPrepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages (cocktails, beer, sake, spirits). Provide friendly and professional service to guests. Manage bar operations : stock control, replenishment & equipment care. Ensure cleanliness and safety of bar, tools & glassware. Handle POS / cash transactions when required. Support service crew during peak hours for smooth operations. Maintain neat and tidy personal appearance at all times. Comfortable working in a nightlife environment. At least 1 year of bartending or beverage service experience preferred. Knowledge of cocktails, beer & spirits (flair bartending is a plus!). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Outgoing, positive personality with a strong work ethic.
