Junior Agile Coach

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary :

We are looking for a passionate Junior Agile Coach with a strong background in the BFSI domain to guide, mentor, and support teams in adopting and improving Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coach and mentor Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) in Agile mindset, practices, and frameworks.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, daily stand-ups) where required.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to improve backlog management and prioritization.
• Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives within teams.
