Support the store manager manage and ensure that the outlet is profitably, efficiently and professionally managed, providing strong merchandising knowledge and good customer service experience.
1. Manage the business and operations of the outlet to achieve revenue, profitability and cost targets.
2. Source and make order to replenish stock or fulfill customers' requirements.
3. Monitor and ensure that the outlet is optimally but not overly stocked and stock information is accurate.
4. Manage and provide good customer service so that customers will continue to visit the outlet and make purchases including answering calls and enquiries and providing advice.
5. Quality-check currency, relevance and adequacy of merchandise items and follow up to keep the merchandise items current and return obsolete items to suppliers.
6. Guide, train, manage and motivate the sales assistants so that they can perform optimally and grow professionally
7. Plan and ensure that merchandise is displayed orderly, professionally and tastefully
8. Help organize and support promotion events preferably in partnership with vendors in the shopping mall to promote Evergreen and draw traffic to the outlet
9. Monitor and ensure that the outlet is physically safe, clean and conducive for customers.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Superior
