Senior Product Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Provide engineering support for wide range of products (RF / Mixed Signal / Digital) / Power Management) through all phases from development to productionrelease
• Work closely with test engineering team and production support team to drive debug activities, reliability qualification and yield enhancement
• Close interaction with Product Test Engineering / Design team and Communicate technical product status to management
• Establish with customers on product testing requirements and production release requirements
• Follow up with Foundries and test subcontractors / SAT houses to resolve all production issues.
• Provide detailed status reports at each phase, test limit (guard band) generation, correlation and yield summary reports
• Support Yield improvement, Test Time Reduction and retest rate improvement for production ramp
