As a Sales Engineer , you’ll undergo world-class training and develop deep technical expertise while building strong consultative relationships with customers across industries. This role offers a unique blend of technical mastery, hands-on client engagement, and career growth in a high-performance culture.
What You’ll Do
- Comprehensive Training : Begin your journey with 3–6 months of paid training to master our products, applications, and consultative sales approach.
- Consultative Sales : Partner with customers to understand their needs, solve real-world challenges, and recommend tailored solutions.
- Territory Management : Spend 3 days a week visiting clients on-site, and 2 days in the office strategizing and planning.
- Drive Growth : Secure new customers, implement product launches, and expand market share in your assigned territory.
- Thought Leadership : Represent the company at seminars, trade shows, and customer events.
- Autonomy & Impact : Manage your day-to-day activities with independence while contributing to the team’s strategic success.
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).Strong interest in technology, manufacturing environments, and problem-solving.Excellent presentation, communication, and consultative skills.Driven, goal-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time (including occasional overnight trips).Class 3 driving license (preferred).Tell employers what skills you have
