Salary

Responsibilities

• Managing day‑to‑day operations of the kitchen
• Preparation of food using in accordance with given recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of shop based on SFA standards and regulations
• Monitor stock levels daily
• Training and coaching of staff
• Handling of staff issues
• Administer staff records and scheduling of roster
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
