Responsibilities
Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.Develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.Conduct regular training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and service standards.Oversee daily outlet operations, staff scheduling, and customer service quality.Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and market trends; prepare weekly reports.Manage inventory, POS operations, and outlet facilities to ensure efficiency.Resolve customer issues and enforce high service, grooming, and compliance standards.Build strong relationships with VIP clients, partners, and suppliers.Support marketing activities and ensure alignment between campaigns and sales execution.Requirements
Min. 5 years of management experience in sales / operations, preferably in retail, beauty, spa, hospitality, or FMCG.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a service-driven environment.Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.Knowledge of beauty / wellness products and treatments (advantageous).Fluent in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.For consideration, kindly submit your CV by clicking “APPLY NOW”
