Project Coordinator Role
About the Position :
- This is a project coordinator role that requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Plan, develop and manage schedules for commissioning and qualification (C&Q) projects in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.Coordinate with engineering, quality assurance and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of C&Q activities across approximately 20 ongoing projects.Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.Track project milestones and update stakeholders accordingly.Ensure all activities align with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and other relevant regulatory frameworks.Requirements and Qualifications :
Minimum Diploma and above .Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or engineering project coordination.Strong background in project planning and scheduling with experience using MS Project or similar tools.Familiarity with GMP compliance requirements and validation processes such as URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office .Benefits and Perks :
