Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the target segment.
- Develop and execute client acquisition strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand clients' investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial needs.
- Provide clients with regular market updates, investment rmendations, and portfolio reviews.
- Proactively address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
2. Investment Solutions and Advisory :
Offer a wide range of investment products and services, including equities, fixed ie, derivatives, and structured products.Develop customized investment solutions tailored to clients' specific needs.Provide investment advice and guidance to clients.Collaborate with internal specialists to deliverprehensive solutions.3. Business Development and Revenue Generation :
Achieve and exceed revenue targets.Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.Participate in marketing initiatives and events.Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulatory changes, andpetitor activities.4.pliance and Risk Management :
Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internalpliance policies.Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.Manage client portfolios within established risk parameters.Job Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.6-8 years of experience in client relationship management or sales within the financial industry, preferably in securities or wealth management.Proven track record of acquiring and managing client relationships.Strong understanding of financial products and services, including equities, fixed ie, and derivatives.Excellentmunication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
