Roles & Responsibilities
Job Scope :
- Identify, plan, and execute strategies and proposals to improve work processes and service quality.
- Prepare and review policies, procedures and work instructions for clinical processes to facilitate patient safety and quality care.
- Plan and coordinate the daily clinic operations to ensure cost efficiency and effective use of resources.
- Work closely with Department Head and HQ in managing clinic operational issues, manpower related issues, renovation projects, procurement, inventory control, audits.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders in the handling of feedback and complaints on clinical matters.
- Prepare and analyse data, reports and presentation slides.
- Coordinate meetings (including venue booking and logistics) and minutes writing.
- Maintain and update information on the intranet.
- Participate or lead in committees / workgroups.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor or HOD.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in any disciplineMinimum 2 years of experience in healthcare focusing on operations and administrationPleasant disposition, excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skillsStrong analytical, people management and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as a teamProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to multi-task and work under tight timelinesIf you are interested in exploring this role or other current openings in the market, kindly email me at ashley.loo@recruitexpress.com.sg with your resume.
