Job Summary
An experienced and skilled Facilities Executive (Projects) at AWWA Ltd, responsible for managing and delivering projects from inception to completion, ensuring on time completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Overseeing the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of AWWA facilities, including office spaces, service centres, and other support facilities.
Key Responsibilities
i. Facilities Project Management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously; new construction, cyclical maintenance works, additions and alterations works and improvement projects for AWWA services which includes :
Project planning – Develops and maintain project schedule, budgets and project plans based on users’ specificationsCoordinate with external and internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to manage project activities including specifications gathering, procurement, construction and completion of projectsConduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with project requirements, safety standards and regulationsOversee and manage project budgets and forecast, ensure accurate cost tracking and financial reporting, work progress claim and variation ordersDevelop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, provide regular project updates and maintain project documentation, project process and progress reportsIdentify and report project risks and implement risk mitigationAdminister project completion (takeover / handover) which includes compiling all project documents including OMM, warranties, as-built drawings and certificates from approving authorities; defects rectification and ensure that they are carried out promptly within Defects Liability PeriodObtain the essential licenses and permits to operate any premisesii. Building, Facilities and Equipment Maintenance
Manage the maintenance and upkeep of AWWA properties, premises and equipment for AWWA wide services which includes :
Plan and conduct periodic inspection and update the facilities recordsInvolvement in tenders / quotations exercises and appointment of contractors for maintenance worksEnsure that the works are properly executed and completed according to contract requirementLiaise and coordinate with staff and vendors on facilities, building and equipment issuesCheck and certify delivery, service chits and invoices from vendors for work doneCompile of all maintenance works’ documents e.g. warranties, etcEnsure that the required repair works and defective materials / equipment are completed or replaced within warranty periodOther Responsibilities
Take up key role in the Emergency Response TeamRespond to project / facilities related emergency calls after office hoursContinuously improve work processesCarry out any other duties required by the assigned supervisor#J-18808-Ljbffr
