Key

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, and prepare meat according to needs
• Weigh and package meat products
• Properly labeled and store meat products

Keep work area clean and organise according to

HACCP

Keep a detailed record of inventory

products and order new supplies when necessary

Arrange products in accordance to storage condition and

temperature

requirements

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Butcher or in a similar

role

Knowledge of different cuts of meat and

their best uses

Excellent knife skills and

attention to detail

Ability to work in a

fast-paced

environment
