Description
As a
Host & PR Manager , you will serve
as the face and voice of our establishment, responsible for
welcoming guests, maintaining a high standard of hospitality, and
managing all aspects of public relations and brand image. You will
work closely with the operations, marketing, and events team to
create a positive and engaging customer
experience.
Key
Responsibilities
Greet and interact with customers warmly and
professionally.
Manage guest seating,
reservations, and special requests with efficiency.
Build rapport with guests and VIPs to encourage repeat
business.
Plan and execute public relations
strategies to enhance brand awareness.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and media
functions.
Handle guest feedback and resolve
issues with diplomacy.
Collaborate with
marketing on social media presence, promotions, and
campaigns.
Maintain a positive image of the
company through media, community outreach, and customer
relations.
Train and lead junior hosts or
front-of-house staff, if
applicable.
Job
Requirements
Proven experience in hosting, customer service, PR, or a
related field.
Strong interpersonal and
communication skills (verbal and written).
Fluent in English and Mandarin (or other relevant
languages, depending on target clientele).
Confident, presentable, and outgoing
personality.
Ability to manage multiple tasks
and remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of
social media and PR tools is a plus.
Willing
to work on weekends, evenings, and public
holidays.
