Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Childcare & Supervision : Offer attentive and responsive care to infants, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort at all times.
• Developmental Activities : Design and carry out age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, language skills, motor development, and social engagement.
• Individualized Care : Observe and evaluate each infant’s needs, interests, and developmental milestones, tailoring activities to support their individual growth.
• Health & Hygiene : Ensure a clean and hygienic environment, while managing diaper changes, feeding, and nap times with nurturing care.
• Parent Communication : Foster strong connections with parents by providing regular updates on their child's development and addressing any concerns.
• Collaboration : Partner with fellow teachers and staff to create a unified and supportive classroom atmosphere.
