Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers from provided leads lists.
- Present and explain product features, benefits to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Follow up with potential customers to confirm appointments.
- Develop and maintain a sales pitch and address customer objections.
- Sharing basic product information and services, answer basic inquiries, and gather contact information.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer databases.
- Keep accurate records of sales interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and improve processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to management to enhance sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing telemarketing activities.
Requirements :
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.Committed and Driven individualsPrior experience in telemarketing / customer service would be preferredWorking hours & Salary :
