Let's Talk About the Role :

As a Manufacturing Engineer at ResMed, you'll play a crucial role in implementing manufacturing processes, equipment, and documentation to meet production volumes while ensuring the highest standards of quality, occupational health, and safety. Key responsibilities include :

Resolving technical issues in adherence to OH&S guidelines.

Collaborating closely with Product Development to ensure manufacturability of products.

Introducing and maintaining production procedures, providing training on new equipment, processes, and procedures.

Conducting process validation activities and documentation.

Identifying and implementing quality and efficiency measures, including GMP, Six-Sigma LEAN improvement actions.

Let's Talk About You :

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in molding, with at least 1-2 years in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to apply functional knowledge to solve complex problems and execute specialized projects.

Strong logical thinking capability and aptitude for problem-solving.

Proficiency in setting up manufacturing processes and managing documentation to meet production volumes.

Project management skills.

Knowledge of medical device industry standards such as ISO13485 and FDA Part 820 is preferred.

Preferred Experience :

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to operations on the manufacturing floor.

Experience leading sub-functional teams or projects and mentoring junior team members.
