Key
Responsibilities
Oversee daily customer service operations, providing
guidance and support when needed.
Ensure
compliance with company service guiidelines and service
excellence.
Collaborate with Aftersales
Department to set goals and objectives on customer
satisfaction.
Conduct Customer Experience
Surveys, review the feedbacks and follow up with Aftersales
Department.
Resolve all customer complaints
virtually or physically in a proactive manner and ensure highest
possible customer satisfaction.
Analyse data
on customer service levels and work with Manager to develop
improvement and corrective
measures.
Requirements
Min. 3 years of customer service experience in automotive
industry
Possess strong knowledge of customer
service principles and quality assurance practices
Solid communication, analytical and problem-solving
skills
Proficient in data analysis and
reporting
tools
