Requirement

Installation and

Commissioning : Install, relocate, and

commission automation equipment ,

troubleshoot malfunctions, analyze and

track issues.

Performance

Optimization : Optimize equipment movement, improve

performance, implement enhancements, and perform regular

maintenance.

Basic PLC and HMI

Skills : Possess basic PLC programming

skills and experience with HMI

design.

Hardware

Adjustment : Experience with hardware debugging and

parameter settings for robotic arms, feeders, dispensing systems,

and vision systems.

Documentation and Training :

Write equipment specifications and related documents, and conduct

personnel training.

Collaborate

closely with internal teams and stakeholders in China

to provide production support and drive continuous

improvement towards meeting or exceeding established

KPIs.

Education : Diploma or Degree in

Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing, or related engineering

fields.

B3 in O Level Chinese is required to

support Chinese speaking internal and

external

stakeholder.
