Roles & Responsibilities
- Compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Maintenance of organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices for example; Outsourcing of Payroll Vendor Implenmentation
- Ensure employee data in Workday is accurate for monthly payroll process
- Ensure accurate payroll records and employee data in HRIS and Payroll system
- Update payroll on new hires, terminations, and changes in pay rates
- Reporting and filings related to compensation and benefits.
- Take on full spectrum of Compensation & Benefit (Insurance renewal, insurance & medical claims, payment matters, variable bonus, Annual Performance Appraisal and Merit Increment etc.)
- Supporting and maintain salary structures and job classifications for hourly employees.
- Perform regular market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices where necessary
- Carry out salary surveys and analyze data to recommend adjustments.
- Design and manage employee benefits programs, including employee health insurance
- Review and negotiate with benefits providers to ensure cost-effective and comprehensive coverage.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries and administration of employee benefits
- Design and update compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Effective communication and consistent application of policies across the organization
- Take part in information security audits and adherence matters
Requirements
Possess at least a Degree Human Resource Management or relevant subjects6-10 years HR related working experienceMicrosoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)Good communications skills and excellent team playerAnalytical, Meticulous and DiligentAbility to deal with personal and confidential matters with upmost discretion.Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environmentVerse with Employment Act, and Labour LegislationsKindly understand that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
