- Shift Hours : Morning (7am-4pm), Afternoon (1.30pm-10.30pm), Mid (10am-7pm), Night (10.15pm-7.15am)
- 5 Days a week (including weekends)
- Central area
Duties :
Welcomed guests and handled check-in and check-out procedures efficientlyBuilt strong guest engagement by anticipating needs and maintaining attentive service throughout their stayDelivered high-quality customer service by addressing guest requests and concerns and coordinating with internal teams for timely resolutionManaged reservations, email inquiries, room inventory, and room assignments during shiftsCoordinated with Revenue and internal stakeholders to support pre-arrival arrangements for VIPs, corporate clients, and group bookingsMonitored and optimised room inventory to support new sales opportunities and reservationsPromoted extended stays and upsold services to achieve individual and team sales targetsIdentified opportunities for service improvement and personal developmentMaintained accurate guest records in PMS and relevant systemsEnsured full compliance with SOPs, service standards, and operational guidelinesRequirements :
