Work Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30am - 6pm
Office Location : Lorong Chuan (New Tech Park)
Salary Structure : Basic + Commission
Job Scopes :
- Strategic Planning : Develop and execute new channel sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Channel Development : Identify, establish, and manage new sales channels such as TV shopping, live streaming, and Ecommerce.
- Team Leadership : Build and lead the new channel sales team, focusing on talent development and performance management.
- Sales Optimization : Analyze sales data from traditional e-commerce platforms to optimize operations and improve sales performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure sales targets are met.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Provide regular sales analysis reports to support strategic decisions.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record in e-commerce and social media channel development (e.g., live streaming, TV shopping).Strong understanding of traditional e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.Results-oriented with strong market insights and business acumen.Tell employers what skills you have
