Senior Warehouse / Team Lead | 2800 + Overtime / 5.5 alt Sat / AWS & Bonus / West

Job descriptionSupervise and guide warehouse staff in daily operations. Coordinate with Customer Service and service providers to manage shipments and resolve delivery issues. Ensure inbound and outbound activities meet performance and quality standards (KPIs). Plan manpower allocation according to order volume and operational needs. Conduct regular stock checks (cycle counts) and maintain warehouse cleanliness. Promote and enforce workplace safety rules and procedures. Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor. N Level / NITEC in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse experience, including team supervision. Knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory control. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Possess Forklift license is an advantage.
Benefits :
- Basic salary up to $2800 + Overtime (if required)
- 5.5 alt Saturdays (8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm or 12 : 30pm)
