Roles & Responsibilities

Job Overview :

As a Motorcycle Delivery Rider at EasyRide GrabFleet, you will play a vital role in Singapore’s food delivery network, ensuring that meals and groceries are delivered efficiently and on time. This role requires a commitment to timely delivery, adherence to company guidelines, and reliability in meeting delivery assignments. With a focus on reliability and customer service, you’ll be responsible for a range of delivery tasks within the Downtown Bukit Merah area, contributing to the success of Singapore’s fast-paced food delivery ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

  • On-Time Deliveries : Pick up and deliver food orders swiftly to meet customer expectations.
  • Follow Guidelines : Comply with delivery instructions, use appropriate bags, and maintain food safety standards.
  • Dependability : Ensure consistent performance by accepting and completing assigned deliveries with minimal cancellations.
  • Daily Reporting : Conclude each workday with reporting and return company equipment as required.
  • Physical Readiness : Maintain the physical fitness required for delivery demands, ensuring sustained service quality.

Qualifications :

  • License : Valid Class 2B motorcycle license
  • Location Knowledge : Familiarity with Downtown Bukit Merah is preferred
  • Technical Skills : Basic ability to use smartphones and navigation apps
  • Full-time Work Hours : 5-day work week (Monday to Friday), 12-hour shifts
