As the Outlet Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outlet, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving the success of our brand. Responsibilities may include but not limited to :

Drive a team of Consultants and therapists to optimize sales by upholding exceptional service and retail standards, ultimately achieving customer service and sales objectives.

Manage all aspects of refund and complaint cases to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

Gather customer testimonials, feedback form, before and after photos.

Brainstorm marketing strategies to boost outlet sales figures.

Identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes to elevate the overall customer experience and service standard.

Demonstrate resourcefulness, a service-oriented approach, active engagement, and effective hands-on management skills.
